UPDATE: PSU's event hosting protocols through March 2021 are below:
-Events with more than 25 attendees are not allowed.
-External and Partnership events are not allowed.
-Events with 25 or less attendees will need to be approved.
-All space requests are to be submitted at least 10 days in advance via the CESU Event Inquiry form
Portland State Faculty, Staff, and SALP/CREC Student leaders may use this portal to request space in the Smith Memorial Student Union (SMSU), Hoffmann Hall, and Outdoor tabling. To get started, click on the My Home tab and enter your PSU Odin credentials.
If you are an external client or wish to classify an event as a partnership event, you may request an event space by filling out an Event Inquiry Form.
Important Note: This system is for REQUESTING space. You will receive a confirmation email when a staff member has reviewed and approved your request within 3 business days.
